Chuck Drake,
Ph.D.PresidentDr. Drake has a Ph.D. in Counselor Education: Human Development from North Dakota State University. He is an adjunct faculty member of North Dakota State University. Dr. Drake has been in the field of addiction and mental health care for 30 years. He has provided care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Drake is certified as a Master Addiction Counselor by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors, and he is licensed as an Addiction Counselor and Professional Clinical Counselor. He is a past president of the North Dakota Addiction Counselors Association (NDACA). He is a current member of NDACA, the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and the American Counseling Association. He has provided concurrent education on matters of addiction and recovery at several state conferences. Teri

DirectorTeri has been with Drake Counseling Services, Inc. since 1999. She brings both administrative and financial understanding to her position. In addition to her many individual responsibilities, she supervises a support staff located at facilities in both North Dakota and Minnesota. Teri provides a very positive tone for both staff and patients. She maintains her office at the Drake Residential Facility in Detroit Lakes, MN, and she frequently takes time to interact with patients and their families. Teri lives in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota with her husband, Randy. Fargo Office Dr. Barrie March, M.D.Medical DirectorDr. March received his medical degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. March recently retired from being an internal medicine physician with MeritCare Medical Group. Dr. March is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and has been active in the field of addiction medicine for the past ten years.  Dr. Jack Lind, M.D.Psychiatric ConsultantIn addition to his consultative services, Dr. Lind is currently in private practice in Fargo, North Dakota. He is professionally affiliated with the American Medical Association, the North Dakota Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, and the North Dakota Psychiatric Society. Dr. Lind has a long history in the field of addiction medicine. Jessie Brown, M.ED.Adolescent Counseling ProviderJessie is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in North Dakota and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota. Jessie is also a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in North Dakota. Jessie received her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from North Dakota State University. Jessie has been with Drake Counseling Services, Inc. since 2009.  Rachel R. R. Daigle, PhD, NCC/LAC/LAPC/LSWAdult and Adolescent Licensed Addiction Counselor and Mental Health CounselorDr. Rachel Daigle is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Dr. Rachel Daigle graduated from North Dakota State University, from a CACREP accredited doctoral program, specializing in Counseling and Supervision. She completed her internship at NDSU Community Counseling Services (Fargo, ND) and Churches United for the Homeless (Moorhead, MN). Rachel supervised NDSU master students through their counseling practicum, and she facilitated graduate student process groups. She taught master counseling students, in a Counseling Theories Seminar, a Counseling Techniques Course, a master's practicum course, and a master's internship course. Dr. Daigle has had several book reviews published by the professional periodical, Counseling Today. In addition to her doctoral work, Rachel held the position of Clinic Manager for 2.5 years at NDSU Community Counseling Services. Dr. Daigle earned her Master of Science in Community Counseling from North Dakota State University, a CACREP accredited master's program. Rachel completed her master's internship at NDSU Counseling Center, serving college students in mental health and career counseling. Dr. Daigle has resided in the Fargo area since 2005.
